If mischa hasn't contacted you, start pestering him with emails and PM's. He should be including you in the script writing process. Since you have been following the story regularly, I'm sure you'd have some great idea inputs for mischa.
I will contact him again and you contact him as well. We have to keep things moving if they are to finish. (I'm a slave driver, what can I say?)

*frowns* Hey Mod, I've been meaning to ask you... what's that? *points at the fuzzy black thing that she definitely DIDN'T put floating outside the window on the one page she managed to draw in a semi-satisfactory manner* And why is is floating like that?

I think that's the guy from the last panel.

... the shadowy one? But he shouldn't be there... I didn't draw him outside the window for a reason...

James is right, it was suppose to be Shadow Figure A. But I was sloppy and it really is a poor representation. Sorry. I forgot to ask you about it. I thought it was in the script to be in the window. The other reason behind putting the shadow figure in the window at that frame was to clarify the reason for his dialogue in the last frame. Shadow Figure was on the previous page for only one frame. Things need to be visually obvious and repeated in comics. Can't expect the audience to remember that the Shadow Figure was at the window if he doesn't appear in the window again. Some could make that jump in logic, but I wanted to make it absolutely clear. Without the Shadow figure looking panicked at the window, the sequence translates: Jaes Glares - Kai and Tyde look scared - Shadow Figure Runs away The leap in logic would be, Jaes was actually glaring at the figure behind Kai and Tyde. But it wasn't in the reaction frame. With the Shadow figure: Jaes Glares - Shadow Figure looks scared - Shadow figure runs away. The logic we want the audience to follow. Jaes was glaring at the figure in the window and they have a past. Kai and Tyde are oblivious. That was my train of thought. That and I thought you forgot to add him.

Didn't forget... wanted it to look (at least for that panel) like Jaes WAS glaring at the one who made the snide comment... Tyde (who, by the way, was the source of the "EEP!" as well). Then with the final panel make it clear (by having the figure running away) that Jaes was oblivious to the comments made and was in fact glaring at the figure, whom I assumed our audience would have remembered from the previous pages.
Too much of a logic leap?

Either way, Tyde and Kai are suspicious of Jaes and don't trust him yet. Right? heheh...

Not so much suspicious in general, but prone to suspecting him of his former roommate's murder, yes.

Cool, I've finished drawing three of Mischa and My pages, and Waxengoddess is inking them now (I hope). I will post them here either Thursday or Friday (depending on how long Waxengoddess takes to finish the inking.) I am sending copies to Mischa as he is doing the other two pages (numbers 4 and 5) of our teams entry, and hopefully he will also be ready by Friday, or perhaps a little later as he has the end of our chunk-o-pages.
Do I need to send copies of our pages to anyone other then Modesty, and post them here? Just curious. Thank you for allowing me to contribute pages, and I hope my little scribbles are a step up from stick figures (though I must warn you, I did have a chibi fit at one point).
If I molested anyone's character, please forgive me. I tried to make them all look good.

Chibis for the win... I LOVE drawing chibis (especially now that I know I can... and am better at that than drawing regular style...)

One final update before I post the three pages I did for the "Mishsa, Azaeziel, and Waxengoddess Group", round 11 artists. The pages are done and inked, but Waxengoddess has decided (since we finished them a day earlier then we thought we would) that she wants to color them. So, tomorrow I'll be posting the first three pages of round 11, probably afternoonish, but I'll try to get them up as soon as we can.

Weeee! I'm excited! I emailed James the script for this round but it looks like pages will be on the way.
I feel bad that I'll be going on vacation, now.
