I have a story idea and I want your opinion

've been drawing anime for about four years, since 8th grade, it's really quite alot of fun, but I wanted a place to show off my artwork for the public to see. I was even thinking of creating a graphic novel. I drew characters based on the manga.
I'm sorry I'm just crazy about anime. I have lots of anime crushes like Kurama, Hiei (yu yu hakusho) Itachi,(Naruto), Haku (spirited away).
So I'm posting anime I drew by hand here. Anime artists feel free to critique my work, rate it from a score of 1 to 10. And how i can get better. I hope you all like it.
This girl's name is angel, she 13 years old. She's just a lonely young girl, has no friends, (I mean it no friends) She is virtually emotionless. (She can't feel any emotion, she can't be happy, sad, or angry.) She woke up in a dark forest, memories completely erased, She can't rmember anything before that time. She walks out on her own, to search for her lost memories and her emotion, but she doesnt know that she's a teenage werewolf with psychic powers.
What do you guysthink, you think it's original or someone else came up with it? I'm not open with my ideas.
I'm really not open with my ideas, and I can be a little bit shy.
Heres my idea so far
I forgot to say she doesnt have any friends
I was looking for a symbol. That stands for seals, i can't come up with a good one. I found the one symbol on Neji's forehead(From Naruto). Something like that, A caged bird.
Later on in the story, she meets a crazy old man,he's a monkey spirit and a witch doctor kind of guy. He didn't like her attitude. Places a curse mark on her, either on her forehead, or the front of her neck, I can't choose. There's brace/gauntlet and the curse mark, they have a somewhat symbolic relationship, kind of like a leash and collar,(That's my idea.) Since Angel has the curse mark, she has to find the gauntlet quickly because if someone puts on the gauntlet, then she is forced to serve him/her. But It's already too late.
I would Say Angel's nature is that she's usually very calm, like 95% of the time, she contemplates about stuff. I would say that she's kinda shady, can you describe that for me I cant. she prefers doing things on her own.
I changed how the story starts out,
I'm a kyle XY fan,(not many people are) The story starts out the same as this.

It's the same as how Jessi starts out, except that angel is not naked and she's 11 not 13. She's barefoot. wearing a tank top and shorts, she can't speak, well, she can only say one or two words a sentence but that's a little bit. Then she's found by the man who kidnapped her when she was 6 years old,(She can't Remember him). Like the Jessi article of how Emily Hollander finds Jessi in a cargo crate. Angel gets afraid of Emily, just like Jessi was, but This man, looks at her, and promises if she serves him, he promises to give her memories. This man was the reason, Angel hasnt any emotions nor any memories at all, so She'd make a good servant, and obey commands without questioning him.
About that werewolf part, I thought it was cool, because she changes into a werewolf every full moon phase, and chages into a snow white wolf, every winter.
The psychic part, I thought of her like Mewtwo from Pokemon the first movie. And She's supposed to be like the dudes from dragon ball Z throwing energy balls and shooting beams. I was considering about making her fly, but I'm not sure if I should.
What do you think, I was holding back a little, Since I'm not very open with my ideas
